Training Clinic and Course Practice

This clinic will be offered by experienced triathletes who will give your racers tips and information for the swimming, biking and running portions of the race.  All participants will have a chance to practice the course to prepare for race day.  Click the button below to send an email to the race director if you would like to participate.  Be sure to include the names of all racers who will attend.
