The 2010 Shark Sprint race will be a 500 yard swim, 15 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run.

The 2010 Shark Olympic race will be a 1500 meter swim, 25 mile bike and a 6.2 mile run.


Awards will be based upon the following individual and team event categories:

Individual Categories:

• Juniors (Male & Female): 10-15, 16-19
• Adults (Male & Female): Five-year increments per USAT rules
• Masters 40+ (Male and Female): First-place only
• Grand Masters 50+ (Male and Female): First-place only
• Senior Masters 60+ (Male and Female): First-place only
• Clydesdale (200lb. +): 39 and under; 40+
• Athena (150 lb. +): all ages

Team Categories (can be 2 or 3 member teams):

• Men
• Women
• Mixed
